Who it is for
Companies in Azerbaijan with several employees, branches or warehouses. The system has owner, admin, accountant, sales, warehouse, HR and read-only roles, and each sees only its own module.
What problem it solves
When invoices sit in one file, payments in another and stock in a third, the real figure for debt and profit is hard to find. Bizim Ofis keeps them in one database, and calculations run on the server.
What is inside
Customers and products
A customer card and a product catalogue. When an invoice is written, the data comes from these lists.
Sales invoices
Create an invoice and export it as a PDF. The VAT rate is taken from the database for the transaction date.
E-invoice preparation
The system prepares the XML package for an e-invoice. The company signs it and uploads it to the portal itself.
Purchasing and suppliers
A supplier list, purchase documents, returns and supplier debt are tracked separately.
Payments and expenses
Incoming and outgoing payments and expense categories. The debt report is grouped by how overdue items are.
Inventory
Several warehouses, receipts, issues, transfers and adjustments. Stock changes automatically when an invoice is written.
Reports
Profit, cash flow and debt reports, downloadable as CSV and PDF.
HR and payroll
An employee card, positions, documents and a monthly payroll sheet.
An accountant should check payroll and tax calculations before they go into official reports or are signed.
