Real Estate CRM: listings, clients and deals in one place
A real estate agency tracks listings, buyers and tenants, and every stage of a deal on one panel. Ad text is prepared in the same place.
Who it is for
For real estate agencies and agents. Each agency sees only its own listings and clients. Sign-up uses a phone number and a PIN.
What problem it solves
When listings sit in a chat group, client budgets in a notebook and nobody remembers which stage a deal is at, work gets lost. The CRM puts it all in one list and shows every deal's stage.
What is inside
Listings
Title, district, address, rooms, area, floor, document type, mortgage option, price, description and photos. Sale and rent are recorded separately.
Ad text
From a listing's data the app writes ad text in the format of bina.az, tap.az, emlak.az, evler.az and arenda.az.
Clients
Name, phone, budget and preferred district. Keep each client's search in one place.
Deals
Stages such as deposit agreement, contract in preparation, deposit paid and keys handed over. Drag a card to change its stage.
Home panel
Number of open deals, this month's commission, recently added listings and quick actions.
Public listings page
Visitors browse active listings and search by district or title.
AI assistant
The site has a chat window: a visitor writes a question and leaves a contact number. The sample AI on the site works with demo listings only.
