What problem it solves

What is inside
Document analysis
PDF, DOCX, XLSX and text files are read. Scanned documents and images are read by a separate method.
Requirements
Requirements are extracted by category, with mandatory and optional ones separated. A requirement that cannot be found in the source document is rejected.
Company profile
Tax ID, address, turnover, headcount, similar projects, documents and certificates, equipment and staff.
Compliance matrix
Each requirement is compared with company data. Without evidence the status is «missing», and the AI does not decide compliance itself.
Technical proposal
A cover letter, company presentation and compliance statement are produced as Word and PDF, following the FORMA 1 structure.
Price proposal
A price schedule (FORMA 2) is built from your product and service catalogue. Prices are not generated by AI, they are your own data.
Decision support
Risks, a readiness score and a deadline countdown. The «Should we bid?» panel gives a recommendation, not a guarantee.
Document expiry
Expiry dates of certificates and licences are tracked.
