Who it is for
Wholesalers who buy from a supplier and sell to shops. The app works on a phone and lets you keep recording when there is no internet.
What problem it solves
Which shop still owes how much, what is left in stock and how much you earn on each sale gets mixed up quickly in a notebook. Topdanci stores every purchase and sale separately and calculates these for you.
What is inside
Product catalogue
A product list with photos, price, unit and stock level. A warning appears when stock drops below the minimum.
Sales
Choose a customer and add products. The customer can pay in full, pay part or take it on credit.
Debts
Customer debts and the debt you owe suppliers are kept separately.
Profit calculation
A sale is costed from the earliest purchased goods and the report shows the profit. The customer never sees your purchase price.
Goods on consignment
Give goods to a customer who pays as they sell. Sold and returned items are separated at settlement.
Returns
Goods sold to a customer in the last 90 days, and unsold goods bought from a supplier, can be returned.
Invoice and reports
An invoice is made as a PDF and the customer can sign on the screen. Sales can be downloaded as CSV.
Works offline
What you record offline stays on the phone and is sent automatically when the internet returns.
How to get started
Sign in with a PIN
The app opens with a 6-digit PIN and installs on the phone.
Record a purchase
Enter the supplier, product, quantity and price, then choose the payment.
Record a sale
Show the goods to the customer, record the sale and choose payment or debt.
Check the report
See sales, money collected, profit and customer debts.
Trial and price
Confirm the price and trial terms on WhatsApp.

What is Topdanci for?
It is an app for someone who buys goods and sells them to shops, tracking goods, sales, stock and customer and supplier debts.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, you can record sales, payments and purchases offline. They are sent when the internet returns.
How is profit calculated?
Every purchase is stored separately and a sale is costed from the earliest purchased goods. The report page shows the profit.
Can I delete a wrong entry?
It is cancelled rather than deleted. Goods, debt and balance return to the previous state and the entry stays in history marked as cancelled.
