AutoCar: vehicles, rentals and handover in one system
A car rental company sees the whole fleet, rentals and return dates on one screen. The handover act is prepared with a damage diagram and a signature.

What is inside
Vehicles
Make, model, plate number, daily price, discounts for rentals over 7 and 30 days. A car is free, rented or in service.
Rentals and calendar
A new rental is entered with the customer, dates and deposit. The calendar and fleet timeline show upcoming returns.
Handover act
A damage diagram, odometer, fuel, notes on exterior and interior condition, and the customer's signature.
Rental contract
The contract text is prepared from the rental details.
Payments and debt
Amount paid, remaining debt and fine records. Send a reminder to the customer by SMS or WhatsApp.
Car owner
If the car belongs to someone else, record the owner's name, phone and the daily amount owed to them.
Reports
This month's income, total income, fleet occupancy and total rentals. Lists export as CSV.
Public catalogue
Customers browse cars in the catalogue and send a request. The catalogue opens in several languages.
How to get started
Sign up
Register with a company name and logo, and the account is activated.
Add cars
Set prices and the owner, and optionally add service and insurance reminders.
Write a rental
Enter the customer and driving licence details and hand the car over.
Return and settle
Record the condition on return and close payment and deposit.
Trial and subscription
A new account gets a 3-day free trial. After that you choose a 1-month, 6-month or 1-year subscription. Confirm the price on WhatsApp.
