A wedding venue sees on the calendar which hall is free on which day and records each event's menu and expenses. Inventory and staff payments are in the same place.
Who it is for
For owners of wedding and banquet halls. Registration records the number of halls (up to 2) and their names, and login is by PIN.
What problem it solves
Selling the same hall twice for one day, or scattered records of menu and extra-service costs, are losses for a venue. The app brings the calendar, event costs and inventory together.
What is inside
Hall calendar
The month calendar shows free and booked days. The same hall cannot be booked twice for the same date.
Event
Date, time, number of guests, phone, per-person menu and menu total. Extra services are added separately.
Expenses
Costs such as menu, DJ and video are tied to the event and added up automatically. Other costs not related to an event are recorded separately.
Inventory
Add goods, with a movement history. The storekeeper logs in with a separate PIN.
Staff payments
Position, employee and per-person pay. The total staff cost is calculated.
Call and WhatsApp
Call a client or message on WhatsApp straight from the card.
How to get started
Sign up
Venue name, number and names of halls, and a PIN. The trial starts.
Book a hall
Enter the date, time and number of guests.
Enter menu and costs
Record the menu and costs for the event.
Keep track
Run inventory and staff payments separately.
